Shipping and Return Policy

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct shipping option for desired delivery time. PLEASE let us know if your order needs to arrive by a certain date and select the shipping option to best insure arrival by that date. eMarinePX is NOT responsible for shipping delays due to high volume traffic, bad weather, equipment breakdowns or any acts of God.

Orders with shipping options of FedEx 2 day, FedEx Overnight & USPS Express Mail are always shipped on the next business day after order has been received, unless otherwise notified. Weekend and Holiday deliveries are NOT available with FedEx through our web site. Holidays as well as the day you placed your order is not included in travel time. Extreme weather conditions will delay and void guaranteed delivery.

Priority Mail (Domestic Only) shipping option according to USPS takes 1-3 business days, once shipped, depending upon where an order is shipped. However, USPS Priority Mail is not a guaranteed arrival time frame and is an estimate only.

"Standard Shipping" within the U.S.A. Delivery can take 1-8 business days depending upon where an order is shipped. As an example, West Coast 1-4 days, East Coast 5-8 days. This is an estimate only and not a guarantee of delivery. Orders with merchandise totaling $100.00 or more will require a signature upon delivery.

Note: "By Command" apparel is made to order, please allow extra time for delivery. Saturday, Sunday and holidays are excluded. Shipping charges include shipping, handling & insurance.

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately by calling 530-478-1522 or email us at [email protected] to arrange an exchange or refund. Requests must be made within 30 days after order is received. Sorry, shipping charges and custom orders are non-refundable. Return shipping charges will apply on all exchanges.

Note: Items that are returned must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received with all tags still attached. Items cannot have been worn or washed and must be free of hair, smells and deodorant marks. If any of these are not complied with, no refund or exchange will be given. Any item received that has a defect must be reported within 15 days of receipt for replacement or refund. Do not return a defective item on your own. Check with us first.
