How do I make a purchase?

Orders can be processed online, by phone, mail or by fax. See instructions below.

Online: Browse our website and when you find an item you'd like to purchase click on the "ADD TO CART" button located near the item. Doing so will add an item(s) to your shopping cart. After making your selections, click "Continue Shopping" or "Checkout". If you are a registered customer, you should login at this time. Once logged in, your billing and shipping information will be automatically filled in for your convenience. However, if you are not a registered customer or choose not to log in, click the link "Guest Checkout".

Be sure to select your options (ie: size, color, quantity, placement of graphic on front or back, pocket or no pocket, etc.) from the drop down menus to the right of the product image. You can change these options at any time from within your shopping cart by clicking on "View Cart Contents". "Edit Options" allows you to remove products, change quantities, etc. To view the contents of your shopping cart at any time click on the "View Cart Contents" link at the top right of any page.

Phone: Orders can be submitted by phone, Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. (PST) by calling (877) 915-6772.

Mail: Start by downloading an order form here (368k PDF). If you're ordering from our catalog, please use the enclosed order form or download. Mail the completed order form and payment to:

Fax: Download an order form here (368k PDF) or print out your order at the end of the checkout process. Fax your order form to (530) 478-1579 (available 24/7) with your credit card info. Note: All credit card information is securely handled.

How do I "Create An Account?

Click on "Create An Account". Select a login name. Choose a password. Enter Ship to and Bill to information. Click Save. You will now be able to view your order history and view order status. Note: If your login name is not accepted, select another as another customer is using that same login.

What payment methods can I use?

Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), Pay Pal, Personal Check or Money Order. Note: We DO NOT accept COD's or Electronic Check Payments.

Do you charge sales tax?

California residents pay state sales tax of 8.75%. Only orders delivered within the state of California are charged sales tax.

What shipping options are available?

We offer both domestic and international shipping options through FedEx or the USPS. Can you ship my order as a gift?

Yes, we can ship your order as a gift. However, there are a few things to consider before ordering. If you want the items gift wrapped, gift wrap needs to be listed on your order as a purchased item. If the gift is a surprise and/or you do not want the recipient to know about the order, then DO NOT USE THEIR EMAIL ADDRESS under the "Ship To" information. Use your own email address, otherwise your order confirmation and the tracking number will be emailed to "ALL" email addresses shown under the "Bill To" and "Ship To". We do our best to never include a packing slip in an order that is a gift, however we cannot guarantee that this will not happen.

Is it safe to make a purchase at your web site?

All online orders are processed securely with SSL technology. All credit card information is encrypted during the order process for your protection. eMarinePX is an Authorize.net "Verified Merchant". We're also registered members of Rapid SSL and the Better Business Bureau. eMarinePX DOES NOT share personal information about our customers with any third party. What is your policy for returns and exchanges?

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately by email at requests@eMarinePX.com to arrange an exchange or refund. Requests must be made within 30 days after order is received. Sorry, shipping charges and custom orders are non-refundable. Note: Items that are returned must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received. Any item received that has a defect must be reported within 15 days of receipt for replacement or refund. Entire orders returned for refund will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Return shipping charges on exchanges, to and from, are the responsibility of the consumer. Return and exchanges for any merchandise purchased from us are to be mailed back to eMarine PX PO Box 2329 Grass Valley, CA 95945. Be sure your contact info is included inside with item and let us know if it is an exchange or refund.

Can you gift wrap purchases?

Most items can be gift wrapped and shipped directly to the recipient. Gift wrap is red with a gold ribbon. If you'd like us to provide this service, please call (877) 915-6772 or email us at requests@eMarinePX.com with details. Minimum charge for gift wrap is $5.00. Additional charges will be based on number and/or size of item(s) including shipping location of recipient.

What about my Backorder?

Before completing your order you are given the option to select whether or not you want any item that is out of stock backordered. If you select No and an item is out of stock your packing slip will be noted as so with an adjusted order total when your order has more than one item is shipped. Otherwise you will be contacted via email or phone.When selecting Yes to a backorder, your packing slip will be noted as so and the item will be shipped as soon as more inventory arrives. This option is Free of any additional charges. However the total order amount will be charged if your order has more than one item.Inventory tracking is not available on web site at this time.

When will my order be shipped?

Most orders are shipped on the next business day after the order is received. Orders with any By Command apparel can take an additional day or two.
